
Why can not I sleep at night?
Recently I have been unable to sleep at night. I closed my eyes and immediately started. Have nightmares, nightmares active. Even nightmares began now to leave but now I just ask. On couches waiting. Not play music files, nothing. Just my white noise. But when I retire I will be the last. Forced to sleep all day … All that is bad i no school. D:.
Do not eat at least. 2 hours before bedtime. None. caffiene after lunch. – But in a time of 8-10 hours! This includes things such as coffee, tea, energy drinks, etc. Reduce your consumption. Sugar. If you drink soda (hope not. caffiene) to the food. many have been exercise in the morning. Not post dinner. If you have a job pending any action you need to do. – Keep the agenda and write. This you do not have to worry about them. Night. If not all of these doctors.
