I have what is called tinnitus all my life as I can remember as far back as to when the. 3 or 4 … I heard it damaged. Hair cells caused the sound you would hear on the radio or what. … So anyways, I listen to music that much and I'm not sure I can recover these cells?? If they die, they can not recover back to normal right? I am only 17 and I do not like people. 17 … so I hope you guys have suggestions to help recovery? What should I wear ear plugs. Some or a little while to not hear me. noises and the most that could help them I hope everyone can answer this question thanks.
