My heart rate alters breathing.
I found that night in bed I can feel the pulse in my part of my body. My weight for age, my health. (16) and height (6'4 "(193cm)). I just find that when I breathe in my heart rate will increase slightly when breathing out will decrease. This apparent slow down my breathing more. Is all life has occurred. Skip beats or what not and I do not feel any side effects. I've never had problems with my heart and does not affect me in sports or work or anything. I have a medical condition other than sinusitis and tinnitus be no more to do with heart or blood, etc. I've heard that breathing is slow external benefits for reducing heart rate. But should relax and my heart will do this every time or is not normal? Thank you.
This is all normal. I remember noticing the same high school science teacher and tell me. She did not believe me. Since then I learned what to do with changes in pressure within the thoracic breathing out. inhalationand. Are all normal for everyone, most people just do not notice it.
